The Hens Rebel!

Entry by a Black Minorca hen:

Napoleon has just signed a contract with Mr. Whymper, our broker, that says we must lay 400 eggs a week! How are we supposed to do that!???? Are we not allowed to rest? We don't get enough food to lay that many eggs!! 

My 2 fellow Minorca pullets and me have led a rebellion!
Everyday we, along with the other hens, will fly up to the rafters and lay our eggs from there, causing them to crack, and Napoleon is not able to fulfill his contract!

Napoleon has forbidden us to be fed!!!!  Already 5 hens have died, and 4 more are really sick! He has also told all the other animals that they are not allowed to feed us at all... I am so hungry!!!!

5 days later: So far 9 friends have died. It is time to go back to our laying boxes!! 
Napoleon did not tell Whymper of this, and the eggs were continually delivered.
